How did you make these? These are beautiful, makes me think of Ion Fury.

If I recall correctly (it was a long time ago) most of the weapons were rendered in 3D software, then all the details were manually painted in Photoshop for every frame. The hands you see in the sprites are actually my hands, where I took the photos of my hands and also edited them in Photoshop.

Cool I was wondering how you made them, I need to that making sprites that way.

Modified these and used them for my janky little game. Thanks for the assets!

No problem. Glad you've found a use for them.

Hello, I was unable to determine the specific license for these game assets. I hope you don't mind me including this in my game. I made some changes to the shotgun sprite and have duly credited you in the game. Here is the link to my game: https://ggbot.itch.io/hellron

Thank you for the credit and good luck on your game! It looks promising and I hope you'll put the assets for good use.

Like I've said in the short description of the assets, I'm giving them away for free so you can use it in any of your FPS projects as you like.
That means commercial, non-commercial use, changing and modifying them at will. There's no need to credit me but it's nice if you do so.

thank you bro, You saved me from 10 hours of art making.

Hi! These are beautiful! Would you be willing to make more art like this in the future (for money of course)? Somewhere down the line I'd love to make a sci-fi shooter with sprite weapon models...

Thank you for the kind words!
Nowadays I'm pretty busy with work and some other projects so I didn't plan on adding to it.

This asset pack here was specifically taken from a very old project that I stopped working on and decided to share it.
If any new work would be done on this I would have to start from scratch. I'm not saying 'no' at the moment. It would be fun to make a bigger asset pack for this but that would take a while.

Thank you for these sprites.

I made the background transparent and made a sprite sheet out of some images. I'll post em here.

Thanks for these.

Thank you for your work, Kalamity.
Unfortunately I didn't have much free time to go back and fix those old assets.

looks great

I just made a sprite sheet out of this , it was a bit hard since the sprites overlapped eachother so here you guys go ( its not perfect)

Thanks for this.

Very nice, i will use this :)

I love you - for these sprites! Damn amazing!

What program can we use to slice these? Great work!

(+2)

Any graphics program will do actually.
But I will prepare a new archive with separated and transparent images.

Thank you, I really want to use these.

also, any chance we could get these with transparent backgrounds?

Sure, i can update the pack with transparent images in my free time.

Thanks! Also, its difficult to cut the sprites up since they arent all the same size and some frames will overlap.

any chance we could also have the reference models to render our own sprites?

Unfortunately the renders were made many years ago on my ancient PC and the original models got lost in between. Never thought I would use them.

Also not everything here is made from models.
The futuristic handgun and the machine gun were put together and painted in Photoshop, and the hands used there are actually my hands taken from photos and edited. Same with the shotgun.

ok, thanks for the reply.

Would I be allowed to change some of the colors of these sprites?

You may use and change them as you like. That's why I gave them away for everybody :)

That's generous of you, thanks so much!

You're welcome!
